The server ns509959.ip-198-27-69.net currently doesn't have an OS. You need to login to the manager to install an OS.

The manager can be accessed from:

https://eu.soyoustart.com/manager/?lang=en_GB#/login

If you need to, you can also reset the password to your manger as well.

I am renting SSD-2 a few days ago and choose BHS DC. I got an email if the server already set up but when I am login to manager I can't see it. The server number is ns509959.ip-198-27-69.net.
