Thanks for the validation, but you don't need to refresh my order, I'm thinking of ordering a more expensive server.

That sucks, I'll give them some more time to answer, if they don't respond soon I'll just choose another company that fits my needs and helps costumers in a reasonable time.

Don't bother. They wanted validation on a renewal for a server I'd had for a month, but because they didn't validate it in time the server was automatically deleted.

Hi, I ordered a dedicated server yesterday and it said that I needed to verify my account before I could pay. And so I did, I sent my id and address proof to validation-ie@soyoustart.com with my nichandle. Now today I'm still not verified and my order just expired!
