I've just ordered a new server, and want to add some UK IPs. When I go to the order IPs page, United Kingdom is not in the drop down list of countries. Are UK IPs no longer available? If they're not, I'll have to cancel my order.

Thank you David - much appreciated.

Currently the issue is not there any more, thought please confirm that ordering new server & IPs later on I/we would not face same issues again. Getting into such kind of unexpected situations making it hard to rely or plan any future activities.

Hi Edouard,

Probably you are right, thought there is no ticketing system or even email for support specified neither within account nor on web-page of sys.
Please see this thread - http://forum.ovh.co.uk/showthread.ph...-Email-support as a confirmation.
So far the only option is to contact via web-form and hope it gets resolved soon.

Hello,

I can confirm that emailing support with the amount and purpose of the IPs is the best course of action.

Hi Neil,

done as per your advice again. Hope I am not creating duplicate support threads. :-)

Please advice if this is the right form to contact Client support (http://www.soyoustart.com/ie/contact...r-services.xml) or should I use other ways of communication?

Hello

Please contact with support with how many IPs you want and what you will be using them for.

IPv4s are running out, so the registries who provide IPs to OVH require them to check they're being used appropriately. You need to contact your local SYS support team, say why you need the IP(s) and ask them to increase the limit on your account.
