My VPS is actually not from UK OVH so I don't think you can check it. I have just reported the problem and will wait for a reply. I will let you know if I need more help.

I often encountered crashes on my game-server and when I contacted the support, they told me to turn off the SLA monitoring. I think it stopped the crashes (last time it happened was 2014-11-16) but now I noticed that sometimes (about 2 times a day) every player gets timed out from my server. I suppose that the server loses its connection. I checked the crash log of my game and saw that there were no crashes.
I am confused and I don't know what to do. Should I open a ticket and report malfunction or is it normal for OVH VPS?
