I have not checked with Tom but the issue seems to be of been fixed a year days ago.
I had exactly the same issue in SBG and support really sucks, as they don't know what to do, easiest solution is rent new server and transfer all the data to it, as support just waste your time.

My failover IP block at 5.135.236.64/27 has been offline for four hours now. I have already confirmed there is no issue with software on host node. The packets are not being routed to host node properly. I've tried rebooting from manager, enabling/disabling firewall; currently DDoS mitigation and firewall are both disabled. I opened ticket but haven't gotten response yet and when I call ovh.ie they always say all tech support are busy.
