10+ day my server suspeneded . 500$ Compensation, all services money back

Don't use any OVH services for reselling. See http://forum.ovh.co.uk/showthread.ph...ll=1#post66525 and after accepting some renewals after manual verification, they finally decided to kick "Denis0072" see http://forum.ovh.co.uk/showthread.ph...zy-OVH-support . As you see, he is now banned. Can't order or renew any servers.

3 day gao they say that : if you paid again last invoice your server will be unsuspend today !!
but after i paid it again they say that : your payment not validate yet ! you must wait for it and now is 3 days not responde yet !!!!
i need only ftp or any thin for access for backupsssssssssssssssssssssssssssss
pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee ansswerrrrrrrrrrrrrrr me .

from 1 dec my problem not solved (i paid several time invoices and they say that not validate ) , i need only 10gb backup
on this two server some file of A government agency website hostes in these server's
they will Will complain me It makes They take me to jail
not is 10 days dedicated server suspended !!!

now is 10 days that one off servers and another one is now 4 days.
