For any VAT issues, please contact our Irish support directly. Such issues won't be dealt with here.

@Criot, I'm not in Europe Union, I'm from Serbia, I do not pay VAT, anyway, OVH confirmed this is a "bug" and they will refudn VAT.

Are Turkish citizens, why did you start to take KDV?
Such nonsense is not. After the beginning of the year you start taking KDV.

KDV = VAT

Neil,

These still say 72H on the website right now. But you're telling me that it will be January. Let's face it, it won't be the 1st, probably not the 2nd, the 3rd Saturday and 4th Sunday are out too. So the outlook now if for a minimum of the 5th. That's 2 weeks from when I asked, and nearly three from my order date.

As I explained to Marc at your London event recently, it is things like this that get you a bad name, and gets us taking servers elsewhere.

If I ordered the server, and it then changed to 14 or 21 days, I could understand; I missed-out on stock. But the fact it is still advertised as 72H now, when you know it is going to be 10 days MINIMUM but probably 2 or 3 weeks. This is taking the mickey...

Pi**ed,

Update: Called and spoke to Danny, awaiting his reply...

Not sure if it will be setup, first week of January at the latest.

Oles has commented on the delays:

During the celebrations the installation of new servers
with new server products on our assembly lines, turns
in slow motion. OVH does its best to deliver all orders within
the minimum time but given the number of orders and as the number
servers that we can put in place during the period
Vacation with the reduced effective, it will bahh complex to deliver
everyone in 120 seconds. Clearly it is believed that 30-40% of
Orders will be delivered in 120sec and the rest will have to wait until the first
week of January. Production continues to produce servers, as
the pace slows but continues to produce. The first week of January
when all the teams are back, we will deliver several thousand
servers in the bays and we will deliver them on hold servers.

Sorry for that performance against due to the internal organization and related
the end of the holiday season, the well earned passage for all
the teams. We have put in place in 2014, more than 32,000 new
dedicated servers, produced on our lines. Say otherwise leaves a server
the assembly line every 3 min for 365 days in 2014.
