I had VAT removal verified on November 14, 2014, under ticket number 2014102977002612 but it still shows VAT being charged when I attempt to pay invoice. I also have not received any refund on previously paid VAT invoices.

The server that VAT is still being charged on is:
ns390839.ip-188-165-250.eu

I also have a server under my account with SYS Canada (was told can not currently combine US and CA accounts) that is being charged VAT (and have not received refunds) as well. VAT removal was verified from Ireland (validation-ie@soyoustart.com)

That server is:
ns4009555.ip-192-99-9.net
