Hi

I have reported this to the SoYouStart Team, once fixed the KVM will be delivered.

Yesterday, due to a sudden failure I lost access to my server. Now I know what I did wrong so I ordered a KVM to fix it.

However, that was yesterday (30-12-2014 15:11:32)

It's been near 24 hours now and the order is still stuck on "Error", so perhaps something went wrong installing the KVM? In any case I need that KVM so if I could get a update on this that would be great.
