SyS Validation takes so long that i lost my order? Really? No response on support....

So i decided to get a dedibox.

E3-SSD-3 Intel Xeon E3 1245v2 4 c/ 8 t 3.4 GHz+ 32 GB 3 x 120 GB SSD Soft16* 49.20 incl. VAT
ORDER 33939996

And it says i cannot pay it untill i get validated, so i send in the validate mail with all the info, and i email (You say 4h email response, i say bull****!) 2 times about it and no response, well today the order was cancelled because i could not pay for it, because you guys dont respond to me!?

So, can you guys please validate me and set up a new order of what i orderd?
This is always out of stock otherwise, but i mean this is your end problem could you reserve one for me until you guys have solved your work so it doesnt affect me?
