You need to send in your verification documents, that message is just a default template so if you've already paid you shouldn't need to pay again. The times on the website are only for clients with validated account, new customers have to go through the validation process.

Essentially, your option is to send in the documents they want, if you don't want to comply then ask for a refund.

Is there something wrong with the people working at soyoustart. I placed an order for a dedicated server SYS-IP-1, set up an account and my card was charged/authorized for the amount of 36.90 Euro. My bank account has been debited.

But it has been several hours and the order has not been processed even though it a 120sec whatever they posted on their website. I logged into my control panel and it is empty. It shows I have no server in my control panel.

I sent a message to customer service about the issue. Then I received an email from: validation-ie@soyoustart.com;

Any time i click the above link, I see "We check your payment manually" all the time non stop.

I responded to this email and stated that I had already been charged for the order so why am I being asked to pay for the order again.

I have called the phone number (01) 6917283 several times to no avail.

The administrator of this forum should help by getting some one at soyoustart to do something about this or process a refund as immediately.
