Hi. when you registered on the main site before ordering you should of got an email with the subject [NICHANDLE] email@email.com xxxxxxxx-ovh

You must of had this email as you have made an order,


If you cant remember, use this and put your email address in, https://www.ovh.co.uk/cgi-bin/nic/nicPassword.cgi it should email you your nic

That is just the package name, There are lots of people on that package.

Without knowing them details the support wont be able to pin point your actual server

so i'll ask brunos answers again for you

- no server name
- no description of the problem
- no explicit title

Without them details you wont get the help you need.

And with an attiude like that dont expect to get much help. It doesnt pay to be rude
