This is not kimsufi... if it's clear that there is problem with hardware, they need to replace it, I at least hope it's better with SYS then kimsufi.
Before I alredy had components replace, but not such as hdd.

Yes, but if you read for a year the comments under Kimsufi hardware incidents, you will see that a disk like yours would not be reported, because no smarterrors are reported. Google it and you will see that repair of drives has been refused in worse cases.

No reallocated sectors so I would say this drive isn't on its way out personally. I've seen drives with a lot more power on hours that are still running fine.

Ok then, what should I do ?
I just reinstalled system, it didn't pass even 24 hours, if drive will fail soon, I will need to do it again, what should I do ?
It's not much a problem to do it again, but For more then 5-6 hour's I'm trying to move 82 gb of files from one ovh server to this fresh new, and it's going so slow..
maximum what it was going to was 10 Mb/s download, and it's now for few hours about 1-2 Mb/s.
I can't afford to my clients have downtome again for this much if drives will fail.

What do you suggest me, to ask support for new ones, or to wait until they fail ?
Whatever I think of that 2, it's bad, as SYS support is not so active, I can tell them I backed up my server, and to they replace hdd 2 days after, a lot of data would be lost.

To the OP, think you're misunderstanding what 'pre-fail' means in the smartctl report.

It means that if that attribute reaches its threshold then that is an indication that the drive may fail soon, as opposed to 'old-age' which indicates an attribute that will always increase (or decrease as appropriate) as a drive's power-on hours go up. Having a type of 'pre-fail' does NOT mean that that attribute is close to failure UNLESS the threshold has been exceeded.
