E3-SSD-3 or SYS-IP-5S for Java web application

Speedwise SSD, safetywise IP-5, but take into consideration SSD system is newer.

Hi,

Which one of E3-SSD-3 and SYS-IP-5S would you prefer for this setup: Java web application on Tomcat and MySQL DB running on CentOS? I think E3-SSD-3 can be better for me because of newer and more powerful CPU. And UnixBench scores show much better results. But SYS-IP-5S has hardware raid controller and ECC RAM. 32 GB RAM is enough for my application but do you think server will crash from time to time without ECC? Or it will have some other issues, namely..? And hardware RAID controller is also a plus..

So, what do you think I should go with? Thanks in advance for your valuable feedback..
