I only tested them on mxtoolbox (FABELSOURCES had them listed), but the failed message came from a support.proofpoint.com/ etc... I did file an removal request before I posted this, and just now re-tested them:

Your IP address is not currently being blocked nor delayed: nn.nnn.nnn.nnn

So I guess they were removed. (from FABELSOURCES too)

I asked here as some dnsbl ask for the abuse owner to contact.

I'm not sure how I go about this, I have 3 FO on an old Kimi in the same block.

I was attempting to email someone on iCloud, when I received a failed message.... Turns out the whole ip block is blocked as I tried the other 2 IPs, same result.

The IP block is 178.32.48.0/21 (I believe)
