You can reply to the email within the manger if your unable to reply from your email client.

I want my VAT to be removed too (bought it with VAT). I sent a email and they said account details are not matching even they are matching. Now there's no reply from you.

Oh, didn't know about this. Anyway 'We check your payment manually' means I paid it for the service already, right? They just have to approve it?

OVH Staff don't work weekends, only Incident support who don't verify your payment. You need to go through a verification process which is done within 2 working days, so the absolute earliest is Monday, but in reality you're looking at Tuesday or Wednesday.

I just bought Cloud VPS 1 package off OVH. I did not knew that if we are a new customer our payment had to accept manully. Well I'm okay with that but I read VPS's won't be activate till Monday (if the VPS purchased in weekends). I didn't knew that and I'm in need of that VPS as soon as possible. I can't wait till Monday.

Could some of you activate it? That would be nice.
