No, not working fine here.

As soon as I login, I select 'Support' and then 'My Tickets' and I get the error:

"Got an invalid (or empty) URL"

This used to come up when you select 'New Ticket', but that one has been fixed.

I'm getting the same error still too. If SoYouStart/ie even wants to dream of competing well in the industry they need to higher competent devs to do the dirty work and improve their services. I just spent a ton of money on crap that didn't work at all. The Plesk Virtuozzo key I purchased wouldn't even install either, among other things.
