You can have two simultaneous remote desktop connections to administer the server.
You'll need to buy licences from a retailer. Just so you know, they aren't cheap.

I want rent server E3-SAT-2 and install on this Windows Server 2012 Standard Edition. But I want use it as Terminal server, and I want know, how many client I can use for started license, and how I can buy additional TS license?
