No the email I never recieved was the one you sent me later on. I recieved my email about the Windows order but it never appeared as an option on my server. The email you sent me when I first posted here I never got and the last email you sent me said I needed to buy a Windows licence which I have already done. It seems the only people here having problems are you guys.

I've got a soyoustart.com dedicated server and I ordered the Windows 2008 Server Edition but it still hasn't appeared on my control panel. We need this server working for this weekend. Not only that the ticket system is not working for the support on soyoustart.com. This is all very disappointing. Can anyone please explain to me why I cannot install the OS when I go to the reinstall button and what to do about it. Thank you.
