We have just received this email today:

Uw server ns503720.ip-192-99-15.net wordt momenteel gehost door OVH.

Ons systeem heeft vastgesteld dat uw server contract is vervallen, ondanks de herinneringen die wij aan u hebben verzonden.
Uw server zal binnen enkele ogenblikken worden geschorst.
Forcing us to pay the bill, It removed the remaining days from the services, set its expiry day from 21th to 2th. We paid the invoice for this server the 14th so we were not even cutting it close to the expiry date. An email 2 days ago even stated its expiry date!

Please fix this as soon as possible! I called the support desk already and they were more worried about the setup cost than my money payed days before the expiry date being completely gone. Due to the bad support on the phone i have sent an email using the contact form, as the support tickets are broken and returning "invalid URL".

I request the following things to happen:
1. Set the expiry day back to the 21st of each month
2. Add one full month to the expiry date (as i paid for it, I do not wish a refund)
