VPS Performance and quality is good, but the support .....!!!
If you know something about to configure your machine, it's good and value for money, and if you are waiting for reply for your tickets, it's waste of time and money.

Hello Everyone,
I'm waiting for my VPS to get ready, just like most of you here, ordered it at the weekend assuming it would be 24/7 support. It's alright, I have time.
While waiting I wanted to know more about VPS quality/performance from the people who already using it for some time.
How is the support? Having technical problems often? How is DDOS protection (if there's any). Have you ever lost your server and its backups because OVH servers failed (I had that problem with a different company... they didnt even say sorry)
I will run a small forum and a TS3 server on that vps for a friend and I don't want to move around her stuff all the time. I just want it to be stable.
