Neil, when event was still on ( it should have been ended at 28/2) we ordered hdd mistakenly BUT system didnt let us purchase another dedicated.. you guys SAID us to wait then boom event is over ?! This is not professional..

VAT is removed per your account, so if you are seeing it listed, it has not been removed or you have some sort of cache/browser issue.

We have 2 billing:
E3-SAT-2 <-- This one has no-setup fee BUT HAS VAT i dont know why it has VAT..
E3-SSD-3 <--- THIS HAS SETUP-FEE AND NO VAT !
The PROBLEM is we dont want e3-sat-2, WHAT WE WANT IS E3-SSD-3 without setup-fee you guys can just take out sat-2 !
I Told support about it they didnt even understand the PROBLEM.. its been weeks !!
SSD SERVER IS GOING EXPIRE TODAY ! "Expiry date: 11-02-2015 20:49:11"
WE NEED SUPPORT NOW, YES WE HAVE A TICKET NO ONE CARES ABOUT TICKETS ?
