you can check on your Hosting Plan web that, under SQL, you've got the number of "Simultaneous connections" number.
For example, for the Personal SQL database that comes with the Personal Hosting plan, the max number of simultaneous connections is 30.
Check the plan that you have. It seems that you either have a bigger load of connections than your database can take (the solution would be upgrade to a higher model of SQL database) or there is a problem and the connections remain open without being closed properly.
Let me know if you need more help.

On my site early hours this morning I got SQL Error, I haven't touched anything in the PhPMyAdmin to trigger this.
I have read online that I can not do nothing about this... so I thought I'd give OVH a call.. but they don't open till Monday, any ideas people?
