In case anyone who makes the buying decisions happens to read this and says "Why not?"

2 x 2620v3 + 64GB RAM + 2(or 3) x 500GB SSDs for £100 (inc VAT)/mo

would make a nice addition to the line up

2 x 2620v3 cost nearly 1/3 the price of 2 x 2650v2 ($858 vs $2288 according to cpubenchmark)

Probably never going to happen, but as they say, if you don't ask, you don't get.

at the moment, we don't have any update on a new release of servers. That doesn't mean that there couldn't be a minor update at any time to include a new technology.

we'll keep you up to date if we know of anything.

I know Oles said on Twitter a few weeks ago new hard drives will be coming end of this month, whether that includes a whole new server range though I don't know. They're also meant to be releasing an OVH Game range according to Oles.

Are there going to be any revamped server offers now we are in 2015 and you are still pushing 2013 offers?

I often look at the OVH dedicated servers thread and wish there was something worth upgrading to over my SYS server, but it's so hard to justify doubling the price for not that great a performance increase.

As this is a fantasy post I'm going to put out there, Dual CPU E5-2620v3 would be nice for the base model
