Tech Support at SoYouStart - average response time

in a urgent situation 20 - 22 hours of down time is to much time, i will lose all my customer.
Welcome to the SYS World, where that is no too uncommon....

Record was over 4 months to change a HDD.....

SYS Support are standard staff, if you want quicker responses you need direct access to Incident tickets, in which case you need to go with OVH.

Hello,
I'm new to soyoustart and i have one question.

What is the average response time for tech support ?

I'm asking because i had 2 questions for tech support and i get response after 20 - 22 hours.
And this is very bad if i was in a urgent situation 20 - 22 hours of down time is to much time, i will lose all my customer.

Did anyone had critical situation? and please tell me if the response was fast ?

Maybe my problem was not so bad after there standard and they answered me slow .. if not in my opinion you cannot call this a data center with 20 - 22 hours response on ticket, or maybe there Tech Support guys have other jobs and answer to tickes on there free time
