No, you need to click on the 'cog' icon to go through the process, you'll chose the Apache Version, PHP version, then make sure you click 'Exhaustive Options List' and you'll see a full list of extensions you can activate. Then save and build.

It sounds to me like you need a management company really to do this for you, there's more to just servers than installing cPanel and being done with it.

OVH don't provide software support, you have to do it yourself. There is a 'MySQL Upgrade' feature in WHM which you can use to upgrade MySQL quite easily.

I brought a VPS maybe 2-3days ago however it has outdated/old MySQL version install, would this cost extra to get someone at OVH to install/upgrade it? If it does cost extra how do I do it myself?

If anyone is wondering I have the VPS Cloud 3 (cPanel installed)
