yes, when ordering new IPs, we require the customer to contact us to increase the max number of IPs allowed. That's just a validation to reduce abuse on extra IPs (spam, phishing, ...).

Just give us a call during opening hours or an email will do too. We'll get back to you ASAP.

I have a dedicated server at SoYouStart. Yesterday I bought 4 IPv4 addresses. Today I wanted to buy more, but I got an error message:
"Under the conditions of RIPE/ARIN, we are required to check how you use your IPs.
Please get in touch with our Client Service."

Today I created a ticket but I still have no response. How long until I get a reaction?
