I have responded to the email received 16 minutes ago with a proof of payment (credit card front scan) and I expect my order to be processed immediately so I may use your product.
It was previously stated that the activation would be instant, but it seems very far from that. Please confirm that you have received and processed the POP and provide an ETA as to the activation of the VPS I have purchased.

There have been OFFICIALLY 3 WORKING DAYS since I payed, yet the product has NOT BEEN activated. Every time I am forced to call you to speed up the process, otherwise you do not respond to tickets, nor emails. This is lack of professionalism is astounding for a firm providing services to international clients, it is incredible how you could NOT configure and activate a VPS within 3 full working days. Absolutely astonishing.

If my product will NOT be activated by the end of today, 18:00 (GMT +1) I will request a full refund and cancel any further plans with you company, as it seems you are not interested in acquiring any new clients.
