You send them your I.D. Wait a day or so and then you get your VPS.

Same here. I paid by PayPal and got a confirmation email shortly after, and still no account ID has been sent to me!

I recently purchased a vps from you, opting to "pay by card" because it said that activation would be instant. However, 1 hours later, the activation hasn't exactly been "instant." All I see on my order page is "We check your payment manually" and a spinning circle. Please could you check it for me? I do not have an account ID, so i can't login to the VPS that I have payed for. My order number is: 36435991. Thanks!
