Yep, this customer has 2 CPUs - Hence the price difference.

Could you please care to elaborate? As that is the price of the licence and many customers use our licensing and pay that price.

Do not be fooled by the great prices on OVH if you expect to be able to use Windows Server 2008, 2012. It is not 16.99 before VAT as the site advertises, so just be very careful.. as it is misleading and I'm pretty sure false advertising.
