in the link I get with the message the ask me to send them
a ID and address proof
in 02/03/2015 I send them my Passport Pic and electricity Bill
the next day i received a message from the support:
Dear Sir
Thank you for choosing OVH and sending your photographic identification and proof of address. In order to proceed, you will need to send us a document with the link between the account holder and the company. This is required to activate your account and to assign the correct VAT rate. You will then be able to pay for your order.

It's not company, By choosing other we meant a Gaming Network, Gaming Community. We didn't choose company.
its only privet server to create mta sa server to me and my friend play there that's all not a company

its ok, after they validated my account i did pay and after i did that
i was happy because everything done and i was thinking i will receiv the

but wait hell no don't be happy yet

First of all for god sake I am not a company , Secondly I sent you the info about me, I am not "so free" to do all you ask me for, I'd like to get refunded and I dont want a server anymore.
im not going to send my ID every time I order a thing I never get a ting like that's in a host ever
i'm tired from this 2 week just to get my account validated no i start with this ID and address again and again! No ty i'll go to other host
just refunded my money back

for real i have never seen a complex service like this in a host in my life
i didn't order car or plan to make all this complex its just a host
So plz fix my problem and give me my host i order or give me my money back
i don't want to wait 9day more
