You should send an email with an order number requesting and then they will see if it is possible.

I am completely dissatisfied. No support via forum (tried two, .co.uk and .ca, nothing, silence), the only response I have got from OVH team member was not relevant to the question asked. No guides, Webmin mentioned everywhere, not accessible, etc, ,etc. How can I request a refund please? I acted stupidly and paid months in advance.
