Reply time on tickets & Windows server licenses

That should be legal. However, you may first check if your license has movement right(the right to move it to another server), because, if it doesn't have it, your license will be permanently attached to the OVH server when you activate.

Also, you may install it by your own means, because the OVH templates are only available when you rent an SPLA license from OVH. There's some tutorial somewhere for installing Windows on KS servers, I suppose it should do for OVH & SYS as well.

First off, I'd like to know if anyone else has had ridiculous answer times in their support tickets?
I've had my support ticket up since 02/02/2015 and I have not received a reply to the ticket yet.

Secondly, does anyone know if it's possible to use my own windows license for dedicated server rented through SYS?
